Today, I went through many articles and topics, but one thing that grabs my attention is the topic of addiction. The first step of addiction is the data that represents the population of the world.

Starting the blog with Explanatory notes:

Today, I went through many articles and topics, but one thing that grabs my attention is the topic of addiction. The first step of addiction is the data that represents the population of the world.

I am sure that 95% of the population residing is consuming any sort of product that leads to addiction. I am here today to put some light on lowering the addiction in the nation.

If the nation wants to simplify addiction, then people must start prioritizing the things that are mandatory for their self-control.

How does Addiction work?

The Remunerate System:

The body and brain work together to offer pleasure and importance to relaxing behavior. The dopamine secretions start if one feels very enjoying while having wine, cannabis, or other addicted drugs.

So people generally feel incomplete without it at every get-together or party.

The brain remunerates with the satisfaction of consuming things.

The Effect Of Craving & Tolerance:

The body starts craving; whenever you go near the bar shop or the party. Dopamine actually triggers your mind for consumption.

After consuming it sequentially, the dopamine level in the brain increases and it starts boosting the performance of the person with its presence only, so when the person is under normal behavior it can not work efficiently and can not feel better.

This situation is called “tolerance” . where the satisfaction of consuming is needed to behave properly.

Detachment In Other Activities:

The person feels incomplete and detached from the world. He/she can not put themselves in every situation. The brain starts annoying everyone and only triggers the consumption of alcohol.

Even when you try to stop it in your normal behavior, it also feels not good for anything. No pleasures (having sex or making art or hobby job) stimulate the dopamine level.

Loss Of Control:

The person only left with impatience and misbehaved without it. And it will cause serious problems in the personal life such as job loss, relationship problems, social unlikeness.

The only solution remaining with this is either to cure addiction or loss of control.
